The factory is equipped with complete production facilities and process flows, including 5 fully automatic wax injection machines, over 30 grinding and polishing machines, as well as seed wax groups, stone inlaying groups, polishing and grinding groups, QC groups, warehousing and shipping groups, etc. The factory covers an area of 1,200 square meters and has an annual output of over 2 million pieces.

PACKAGING:
All standard shipments are packaged in transparent OPP bags and do not include a jewelry box. If jewelry box needed, please visit the Accessories section to select or place a box custom order.
CERTIFICATION:
All of our products are crafted from S925 sterling silver or S925 sterling silver plated with gold and set with natural colored gemstones. Each product is stamped with the “S925” mark.
We offer certification for all products (authoritative gemstone appraisal certificates issued in China). An additional fee applies for certificate issuance; please contact us directly for details. Each item comes with its own certificate. The product will be sent to the gemological testing center for certification only after the order has been placed and payment has been received. Certificate fees are non-refundable. The authenticity of all certificates can be verified on the gemological testing center‘s official website.
IMAGES:
All product images are photographs of the actual items. Due to lighting conditions or monitor settings, the colors in the photos may differ slightly from the actual products. The actual color and weight of the product are subject to the item shipped.
GEMSTONES:
All natural colored gemstones contain small amounts of natural inclusions, fractures, impurities, and mineral deficiencies. Additionally, the intensity of color varies slightly from stone to stone; these are all natural characteristics. These inherent properties of natural colored gemstones are unavoidable and should not be considered defects in product quality.
CUSTOMIZATION:
We offer customization based on your designs or samples. All you need to do is provide a physical sample or a sample image (including the sample’s dimensions, material, gemstone type, plating requirements, and any other special requests).
